About Us

Middlesex Lodge A. F. & A. M. is a masonic lodge located in Framingham, Massachusetts., The lodge originally chartered on June 9, 1795, by Paul Revere, Grand Master of Masons in Massachusetts had Jonathan Maynard as its first Worshipful Master from 1795 to 1799.

For 225 continuous years, Middlesex Lodge has consisted of members who share not only a commitment to each other, but also a sincere dedication to serving the community in and around Framingham.

Freemasonry in general seeks to unite men of all racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, geographic, academic and professional backgrounds. Middlesex Lodge seeks to provide a strong fraternal experience to all its brothers, families, friends and community by supporting, imparting and nurturing various improvement, growth and enrichment experiences.

With the primary goal being the desire to improve character among themselves, and contribute to the betterment of the surrounding community, Freemasonry is proud of its philosophy and practice of “making good men better.”

Middlesex Lodge is always looking for men of good moral character interested in contributing to the surrounding community, through the oldest and most respected fraternity in the world.
